Why Build Clasp?

Benefits are an important part of every employee’s physical and mental well being. So why do we have to navigate a jungle of systems to understand our benefits and what they cover?

A poor employee experience is a direct result of the issues that lie upstream in the way that benefits are sold and managed on existing HR and payroll systems today. Over 85% of employees find their benefits packages confusing, leading to underutilization and dissatisfaction. We’re approaching this problem from the foundational layer and building the infrastructure that will power a better benefits experience on these same platforms. Our goal is to change the way that benefits are served to the workforce, making them more personalized, accessible, and easy to manage for both employees and employers.

What is Clasp?

With Clasp, HR and vertical SaaS platforms can design and launch a fully-featured benefits product in just a few weeks. Our APIs and embeddable UI help platforms stand up in-product support for buying and managing benefits.

Our vision is to make Clasp the industry standard for benefits management, making every touchpoint for benefits seamless and stress-free. Clasp will be embedded in the largest HR and vertical SaaS platforms to create a powerful benefits experience that elevates their product and increases the value they deliver to their customers and end employees.
